We are looking for post-docs to join the Australian Research Council Centre of Excellence for Environmental Decis-ions (CEED) at The University of Melbourne, working in the Quantitative & Applied Ecology Group.
The research involves development and evaluation of models to assist environ-mental decision-making, particularly with a focus on biodiversity. The re-search agenda includes spatial planning for landscape restoration and management, biodiversity decisions in rapidly-transforming and dynamic systems, optimal monitoring and evaluation, optimal management of multiple threats, and decision-making tools for complex environmental problems. Research topics of Fellows will be determined based on the interests and expertise of the post-doctoral fellow and the research agenda of CEED and NERP (National Environmental Research Program). Applicants should indicate how their research interests will align with CEED and NERP’s research agenda.
