The research co-operative NutNet (which includes qaecologist Joslin Moore) is featured in the News Focus section of this week’s issue of Science. The group is conducting a worldwide grassland experiment. At each site the experiment is on a small scale, and is thus easily maintained, but despite the low statistical power of each individual trial, the nearly 50 sites give the experiment substantial combined power. NutNet is already answering big questions.
If you look carefully, you can just about recognise Georgia Garrard in the photo of the Australian site.
