Laura Pollock is an Assistant Professor at McGill University and co-director of the Biodiversity Prediction axis for the Québec Centre for Biodiversity Science. She is a macroecologist with a focus on improving biodiversity prediction with more ecologically relevant metrics and models. She also works on incorporating macroecological research into conservation planning.
