Luping is pursuing her PhD under the supervision of Dr Emma Hudgins and Professor Michael McCarthy. Her PhD research focuses on using quantitative approaches to analyze tree range shifts in response to climate change. She has over five years of experience working in environmental management, ecological conservation, and policy development. Luping enjoys bush walking, cycling along the coast, and classical music.
