Shona Elliot-Kerr (any/all)

PhD Candidate

University of Melbourne

Shona is currently pursuing a PhD in biophysical modelling, a field investigating how a species' physiology, morphology and behaviour interact with its environment and where it can persist. They are focused on modelling species of rainbow skink and understanding how modelling decisions can influence outputs, improving model evaluation and methods to identify and communicate uncertainty. Their love for spatially-explicit environmental research has also included work in bushfire risk, ecosystem management and other flavours of species distribution modelling.
